Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship all items worldwide registered and we try to use the cheapest way to do this, by Economy Air Shipping. Orders can take up to 2 business days to process and ship.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

BACKORDERS

Based on availability, we may be unable to fulfill an ordered item. Our customer service department will send an email indicating that the item is not available and will be cancelled. Within 48 hours the amount for that item will be refunded.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Products must return unworn, in new condition and in original packaging. If you find a fault with your item please contact us and we will find a solution with you.

Charges for returns are your responsibility as the customer and are not refundable. We recommend you return the package using an insured shipping method. This will provide proof should something happen to your parcel. We do not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.
